These advisory projects usually begin with a visit to John’s
home near Guildford by the Chief Executive and Director of
Human Resources of the organisation concerned.
John also acts as an adviser to Chief Executives and Directors
on a one-to-one basis. The aim of these consultations is to
improve performance in the role of strategic leader.

Organisations that use John Adair’s concepts and practical
philosophy as the foundation of their leadership development
include the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force, Scottish
Police Service, Kraft Foods International, United Airlines,
and the World Scout Association.
John is currently member of the advisory board of MotivAction
plc, Fellow of Brathay Hall Trust, Fellow of the Leadership
Trust, and Honorary Fellow of the Windsor Leadership Trust.
